Mercure Muenchen Am Olympiapark - Munich

Enjoyed my stay! The cozy bar had reasonable prices, perfect for winding down. Breakfast options were pretty good, especially the meats and cheeses. The room was spacious enough, but the bathroom was tight. A pleasant experience despite the bathroom quirks.

It is a newly remodelled property located in Neuhausen - Nymphenburg district so close to tram 20, and a cafe / restaurant. I enjoyed extra attentive and helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay. The breakfast has sensational options with both American options. The hotel offers stunning and exceptionally nice location easy to access on public transport.

The bathrooms are a bit cramped.

the bar offers a great selection of beers and is reasonably priced. the staff's communication skills were inconsistent.

Convenient to the Olympic Park and bmw facilities. Comfortable and quiet. On a tram route which made it a snap to get into the historic center of the city as well as to the airport. Best thing? A fantastic cafe/bakery right next door! No need for a 16euro hotel breakfast! The croissants and rolls are the best I've ever tasted and you can pick up a sandwich for lunch as well. I wish I could have brought some home with me!

Although the facility was comfortable and clean, the only negative for us was the very small room and bathroom.

Location was ok for me, very clean rooms & bathrooms.

Noise from the cars & tram passing by. in additon, the car park is not that good very narrow & not in the same hotel.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, leading to uncomfortable warmth!!! Room sizes are smaller than expected, complicating movement with luggage!!! Shower space was cramped and tough to navigate!!! Parking availability isn't great!!!

Non smoking rooms exist, very small double room, no bathtab, no bathrobe, no fridge, no free wifi, no slippers, no minibar.

Location - 6 tram stop to the old town, by foot to Olympic Park, clean nice room. If you dont like breaksfast at hotels - 10 metres away from hotel you can get fresh coffee & sandwiches & donuts.

it takes a bit longer till you get hot water in the shower, and sunday morning the water changed temperature by itself. - coooold water, brrr, but it woke us up :)

The cozy atmosphere and historical architecture were captivating, and I appreciated the friendly staff who made my check-in smooth. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of cereals and fresh fruit.

Room not very soundproof.

Very pleasant hotel, attentive and helpful staff, nice rooms, location is ok although next public transport station is tram and bus only (subway station approx. 1 km), we didn't try the breakfast, there are verious bakeries and restaurants nearby, I would stay there again in any case...

Great if you are going to an event in Olympia park.

I expected a room upgrade for the inconvenience of the sub-par air conditioning, but it seems like compensation is not in their vocabulary. The shower cubicle was so cramped that the water ended up everywhere. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't based on these glaring issues.

No smoking throughout the building. Smoking is not good, but rooms reserved for smokers would be nice.
